About Us
Dust in Time is a family run business that started operating its cleaning services in July 2007. Since then we have established a great reputation among all our customers, and many more clients have come as a result of our services being recommended by existing clients. We are a cleaning company with high integral standards, which we believe sets us apart from our competitors.
Dust in Time is firstly about a mindset, not just a labour intensive service. Within our establishment we have a simple approach to operating our services; we value our client’s expectations in receiving the best from their money, no matter the size of the task.
We train our staff not only in the standards of cleaning we require, but also in the art of customer satisfaction. All of our staff are also encouraged and supported in achieving qualifications in both NVQ Level II in Cleaning & Support Services and BICSc (The British Institute of Cleaning Science) which are nationally recognised qualifications which show that individuals have the necessary practical skills and knowledge to carry out their duties to the highest standards. This guarantees the satisfaction of not only our customers, but the success of our business.
