We offer reliable and efficient end of tenancy cleaning service, specialising in end of tenancy cleaning for all tenants and Landlords in and around County Durham & Tyne and Wear. All we need is 48-hour notice to organise the end of tenancy cleaning for you. Please note our end of tenancy cleaning does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. Kitchen/Utility – clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; Clean inside/outside of oven; Clean inside/outside microwave; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen countertops; Clean hob/ grill; Sweep and wash hard surface floors; clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frames.
Bathrooms - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; clean bathroom sink(s); wipe all counters; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frames.
Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove litter; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet edges; wipe skirting boards and door frames, Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.
Living rooms- Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, Polish table(s), Clean and polish all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames, Remove litters;
Hallway- Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs.
Please note: There is a requirement for a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit.
